An Introduction to Costa Rica

Graphic Design II class project

I created this booklet one year before studying abroad in Costa Rica for a semester, offering a glimpse of this beautiful country. For me, this piece marks the beginning of a cross-cultural journey.

On every spread, I used a consistent six-color scheme and bold page titles. Costa Rica, known for its natural beauty and remarkable biodiversity, is best shown through photographs.

Crossings Redesign

Kuyper Honors Program

For this publication, I worked with the editor to revitalize the issue, reimagining both the cover design and the layout of the inside pages.

International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples

Graphic Design III class project

I created this four-piece banner series with hand-drawn sketches of various indigenous peoples’ artwork from around the world. The banner will hopefully be printed and displayed at Dordt University to celebrate its students’ cultural diversity.
